I was really impressed by Sam and the team of movers. They turned up exactly on time and went about the task of starting the move immediately and without a moment's hesitation. The flat I was moving from was challenging as there were numerous flights of stairs and they had to park the van quite a way away as the flat was on a busy main road. This didn't trouble them and I was amazed by the speed and hard work at which they managed to empty the flat.They were extremely polite and very respectful of my possessions, and knew exactly how to undertake the move in order of priority of contents. They rarely took a break, and I was confident in leaving them to undertake their work whilst I collected the keys for the new property. They also managed to overcome the challenge of taking an over-sized sofa out of the flat by taking the door off! When it came to the new property, they were very mindful of placing the possessions carefully and putting together furniture in the desired locations.
 
Overall I would recommend Sam and Jehtal to anyone wanting to move house, and I was extremely impressed by the service.

  Can I just say how fantastic the entire experience of using Jehtal removals was. On the initial consultation I felt absolutely no pressure to use the firm, but Sam came across as incredibly professional, knowledgeable and friendly and I knew this was the firm I was going to use - I just couldn't believe how good the price was!   The packing team (including Sam) were fantastic, fast and very courteous. We felt completely helpless, but Sam just told us to 'relax', which we did and the entire process was great. The team were also extremely intelligent about things that they left unpacked until the moving day - for example, some soap and a dustpan and brush which I'd forgotten to leave in the "don't pack" pile. These came in extremely useful the next day so I was glad the team had thought ahead for me!   They worked incredibly hard throughout the next day from 8am until late into the evening and yet remained courteous and friendly throughout. They took minimal breaks and were very tidy and organised, even labelling boxes in detail (e.g. "Baby's Room - books") so we knew what was in each box.    To top it all, the team left us a bottle of wine as a moving in present, which was hugely appreciated!!   I am still in shock as to how smoothly it went, and also impressed by the 'out of hours' contact I received both over the phone from Sam, and via email from the company itself.   I will certainly be using Jehtal removals again, as well as recommending them to anyone and everyone. I just want to say that we have moved lots of times before with various different companies but Jehtal have been the best and easiest to deal with by far.
We did not have the easiest move I have to say having no direct access to our new property. Everything needed to be organised perfectly and I am happy to say that the crew did and excellent job at organising our move.
They were hardworking and friendly and I can most certainly recommend them to anyone who is looking for a no nonsense removals company.

We used them last week for our move from london to Stoke on Trent. We were really happy with their service. The guys were very friendly. Everyone on the day was very quick and professional. Our boxes and furniture arrived as expected and the communication on the day was great, too. Jehtal Removals were the first company to respond to my query posted on the internet.  It was a Sunday, the day before New Year's Eve.  All the others only came back to me the followng day or year or not at all. They gave me a comprehensive quote and were in a position to move us the following weekend.  They arrived on time (an earlier start than their normal time, at my request) and completely packed up our home in a matter of hours, using all their own materials.  They were polite, professional, careful and efficient. There were no breakages in transit and all in all it was a fantastic experience dealing with them and I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.
